Coaching Philosophy: Volleyball is both mental and physical. The more mistakes you make, the better player you become. If you are able to bounce back from defeat and learn from that mistake, you are challenging yourself to improve your skills. The scoreboard is insignificant, in this sense, because there is an extreme amount of fun you experience along the journey of learning to let go of the uncontrollable. I strongly believe that when you leave all your efforts on the court, win or lose, you will feel satisfied. Every player deserves the opportunity to shine in their own way, and we all posses a variety of skills that make us function as one team. My goal in coaching each season is to share my passion for this sport and to pass on the integrity to challenge oneself in all aspects of life, becoming a well-rounded individual.
